This can be at your house, the park, your office, you name it and we pop along with the fitness kit for your session. We also offer personal training for rehabilitation as well as ante and post natal training.

Walk and rant

We walk, you rant, we listen, advise if needs be and you feel better. A simple yet effective form of exercise.

Mental Health First Aid days

This is a workshop for corporate companies. We come to you and help you navigate the world of mental health, this in turn will help you help your employees or colleagues. This is now becoming a recognised way forward in the world of mental health. The Mental Health First Aid Day can also be run as a qualification day.

Feel Better days

A day where you can come and visit us. You can find out about our experiences, how to keep yourself healthy during a mental health or a physical health battle, how to exercise and eat well. You will also have a chance to try boxing, circuits or yoga.
