Fitness & yoga

2 Spuds in a Pod offers personal training in a local gym in Falkirk Town Centre (Scotland). We offer a variety of personal training options including rehabilitation as well as ante and post natal training.

**Please note that you do not need to be a member of the gym to attend a personal training session.**

Yoga is offered in the Glasgow and Central Scotland. We will come to your house, garden, office or shed for classes.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

Neuro refers to your brain | Linguistic refers to language | Programming refers to how the brain functions.

In short, there are 2 parts of your brain. There is the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. The NLP website refers to the conscious mind as the goal setter and the unconscious mind as the goal getter. One side of your brain says I want to remain calm during a presentation or I want to have the confidence to walk through the gym door. The other side says no! NLP will help you transform this thinking from No to Yes!

Mental Health Awareness/Mental Health First Aid Certificate

With more and more people being diagnosed with a mental health condition each year it is becoming more apparent that awareness and training is needed. This is a course where you can learn about specific mental health conditions and help reduce the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health. It also helps you to encourage friends, family and colleagues to talk about their mental health. The course also covers how to become a mental health first aider where you will be able to notice the signs and help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis.

Feel Better days

A day where you can find out about our experiences, how to keep yourself healthy during a mental health or a physical health battle, how to exercise and eat well. You will also have a chance to try boxing, circuits or yoga.

**Please note all Mental Health First Aid and Feel Better days takes place around the United Kingdom.**

Walk & rant

We walk, you rant, we listen, advise if needs be and you feel better. A simple yet effective form of exercise.
