We are fully qualified in our relevant disciplines, but we are not psychologists or psychiatrists. We can of course talk you through what it may be like to speak to a psychologist as we have both been there too. We will try our best to try and help you the way we can. 

The biggest criteria for this website, blog posts and all our social media platforms is respect! We are aware people have different opinions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing and we accept this but remember Respect is the key in discussion!
